Hi, I'm Sasha.
I'm a professional patisserie chef with over 35 years experience, and I've spent my whole working life baking in all kinds of kitchens, from busy bakeries and cafés to events, restaurants, and home kitchens just like yours.
Baking has always been both my craft and my comfort. I started young, discovered patisserie early on, and have never stopped learning how small details, temperature, timing, touch, make all the difference between a bake that's fine and one that feels good.
Over the years, I've learned that most baking frustration doesn't come from lack of effort, it comes from lack of understanding.
That's why I teach the why as much as the how.
My approach is calm, practical, and reassuring. I don't rush, and I don't expect perfection. Instead, I help you understand what you're looking for at each stage of a bake, how the dough should feel, how a mixture should look, and how to make small adjustments when things don't go exactly to plan.
I believe that confidence in the kitchen comes from experience, clarity, and trust, not from complicated recipes or chasing picture perfect results.
